Michele Bloom is a certified Essential Somatics teacher who works with people to manage and relieve pain and find greater freedom in their bodies.

Michele was a professional dancer and movement educator who suffered from chronic pain due to overuse injuries. She has found tremendous freedom through her practice of Essential Somatics.
